Terms of service

The service

Seghan lets restaurants and shops publish menus and catalogs that guests open with a QR code or a link, with dishes and products they can view in 3D and place in front of them through their phone’s camera. We may improve, change or add features over time.

A feature marked as coming soon, such as creating 3D models from photos, isn’t part of what you pay for until it is available.

Your account

Give a real name and an email address you can receive mail at, and keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens in your account.

Your menu and content

Everything you add stays yours. You allow us to store it, adapt it for phones (for example by shrinking images and 3D files) and show it to the people who open your menu, only to provide the service.

Only upload photos, 3D models and texts you have the right to use.

You are responsible for your menu being correct: names, prices, ingredients, allergens and translations, including translations suggested by the translation help. Check them before publishing.

Allergen and ingredient information comes from the restaurant. Guests are reminded to confirm it with the staff before ordering.

Fair use

Don’t use Seghan for anything illegal, misleading or harmful, don’t try to get into other accounts or break the service’s security, and don’t overload it or collect data from it automatically.

Plans and payment

On the Free plan you can create an account, build a menu or catalog and print QR codes at no cost. Paid plans and AI credit packs are listed with their prices on the pricing page. You see the full amount before you pay, and nothing is charged without your agreement.

A paid plan is billed per location for a monthly period and stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. If it isn’t renewed, the location moves to the Free plan: everything you added is kept, but a location with more items than the Free plan allows is paused for guests until you choose what stays or pick a plan again.

Online orders are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for them and handles the payment, the invoice and sales tax. If we agree on a bank transfer instead, we invoice you ourselves.

AI credits are used to create 3D models from photos; a model that fails costs nothing. Credits have no cash value. Unused credits are kept, but a location can spend them only while it has a paid plan.

Refunds are described in our refund policy.

Availability

We work to keep Seghan running and your menu online, but we can’t promise it will never be interrupted. The service is provided as it is, without guarantees beyond those the law requires.

Ending

You can delete your restaurant at any time in its settings, and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we’ll tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits, or for problems caused by incorrect information in a menu. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can’t be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Armenia.

Changes

If these terms change, we’ll update the date at the top and tell owners by email before significant changes apply.
